Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions aim to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company (LaniSNS) and Users regarding the use of ChallengeMe! service, and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows:

• Service: Refers to all services provided through the ChallengeMe! website and mobile applications.
• User: Refers to members and non-members who use the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• Member: Refers to a user who has entered into a service usage agreement with the Company and has been assigned a member ID.
• Challenge: Refers to goal achievement activities that users can create or participate in.
• Points: Refers to virtual reward units that can be obtained when using the service.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1. Effect of Terms

These Terms and Conditions shall take effect on all users who wish to use the service. The content of these Terms and Conditions shall take effect by posting them on the service screen or notifying users by other means.

2. Amendment of Terms

The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions within the scope that does not violate relevant laws and regulations when necessary. If the Terms and Conditions are amended, the Company will announce the changes from 7 days before the effective date.

Article 4 (Membership Registration)

1. Registration Application

A person who wishes to use the service shall apply for membership registration by filling in member information according to the registration form set by the Company and expressing his/her intention to agree to these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Approval of Registration

The Company shall approve membership registration unless any of the following applies:

• If the applicant has previously lost membership qualifications under these Terms and Conditions
• If the applicant uses a name that is not real or uses another person's name
• If false information is entered or the content required by the Company is not filled in
• If a child under 14 years of age does not obtain the consent of a legal representative
• If approval is impossible due to the user's fault or if the application violates other specified requirements

Article 5 (Provision of Services)

1. Service Content

The services provided by the Company are as follows:

• Challenge creation, search, and participation services
• Real-time chat and community services
• Location-based challenge search services
• Evaluation and rating services
• Notification services
• All other services that the Company additionally develops or provides through partnership agreements

2. Service Hours

In principle, services are provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, the Company may temporarily suspend the provision of services for regular system inspection, expansion, and replacement.

Article 6 (Obligations of Members)

Members shall not engage in the following acts:

• Registration of false information upon application or modification
• Misappropriation of others' information
• Alteration of information posted by the Company
• Transmission or posting of information (such as computer programs) other than information designated by the Company
• Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the Company and other third parties
• Acts that damage the reputation of the Company and other third parties or interfere with their business
• Acts of disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, voices, or other information contrary to public order and morals on the service
• Creating false challenges or deceiving others
• Repeatedly making unfair evaluations or false reports

Article 7 (Challenge Creation and Participation)

1. Challenge Creation

Members can freely create challenges within the service. However, challenges with illegal or inappropriate content may be deleted by the Company.

2. Challenge Participation

Members can freely participate in challenges created by other members. When participating in a challenge, the rules and conditions of that challenge must be observed.

3. Rewards and Points

Rewards and points provided upon challenge completion can only be used within the service and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Article 8 (Evaluation and Reporting)

1. Evaluation System

Members can leave evaluations for other members who participated in challenges together. Evaluations must be written fairly and honestly, and sanctions may be imposed for false evaluations.

2. Reporting Function

Members who have engaged in inappropriate behavior can be reported. Reports are reviewed by administrators, and repeated false reporting may result in sanctions for the reporter as well.

Article 9 (Service Use Restrictions)

The Company may restrict service use in stages such as warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent suspension if a member violates the obligations of these Terms and Conditions or interferes with the normal operation of the service.

The Company may restrict service use without prior notice in the following cases:

• Misappropriation of another person's personal information
• Intentional interference with service operation
• Repeated false reports or malicious evaluations
• Intentional distribution of content that is detrimental to public order and morals
• Acts prohibited by relevant laws or these Terms and Conditions

Article 10 (Personal Information Protection)

The Company strives to protect members' personal information as prescribed by relevant laws and regulations. The protection and use of personal information shall be governed by relevant laws and the Company's Privacy Policy.

Article 11 (Obligations of the Company)

The Company shall not engage in acts prohibited by relevant laws and these Terms and Conditions or contrary to public morals, and shall do its best to provide services continuously and stably.

The Company establishes a security system and discloses and complies with its Privacy Policy to protect personal information so that users can use the service safely.

Article 12 (Attribution and Restriction of Use of Copyrights)

1. Company's Copyrights

Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by the Company belong to the Company.

2. User Posts

The copyright of posts posted by users within the service belongs to the author of the posts. However, the Company may use users' posts within a reasonable and necessary scope without separate permission for purposes such as operation, display, transmission, distribution, and promotion of the service.

Article 13 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company shall be exempted from liability for service provision if it is unable to provide services due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or suspension of services by telecommunications carriers.

The Company shall not be held responsible for service use disruptions due to the user's fault.

The Company shall be exempted from liability in cases where transactions are made between users or between users and third parties through the service as a medium.

Article 14 (Dispute Resolution)

The Company and users shall make all necessary efforts to amicably resolve disputes arising from the service.

Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations, and matters not specified in the law shall be governed by customs.

If a lawsuit is filed regarding a dispute arising from the use of the service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the competent court.

Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

All matters related to these Terms and Conditions and use of the service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Lawsuits regarding disputes arising from the use of the service shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
